What should I wear to Yoga class?

You should wear comfortable exercise clothing. Something that will not restrict movements of the body. It is also advisable to layer up or bring a sweater with you to class. Do I need a Yoga mat?

For hygienic reasons, it is recommended that you bring your own Yoga mat to class. However, I will have spare mats available for your use if needed.

Do you teach private Yoga classes?

Yes, I offer private classes. Private classes are a great way to receive a Yoga practice personalized to your needs. Alternatively, if you have a group of people from work, home, or from your circle of friends interested in Yoga, I could bring the class to a location convenient to you.
