I’ve never taken a Yoga class before. Where should I start?

What should I wear to Yoga class?
You should wear comfortable exercise clothing. Something that will not restrict movements of the body. It is also advisable to layer up or bring a sweater with you to class. Body temperatures tend to drop during the cool-down near the end of the class. Having something to keep you warm will make your experience more comfortable and allow you to sink deeper into relaxation.
Do I need a Yoga mat?
For hygienic reasons, it is recommended that you bring your own Yoga mat to class. However, I will have spare mats available for your use if needed.
Do you teach private Yoga classes?
Yes, I offer private classes. Private classes are a great way to receive a Yoga practice personalized to your needs. Alternatively, if you have a group of people from work, home, or from your circle of friends interested in Yoga, I could bring the class to a location convenient to you.
What are the options for payment?
I accept cash, cheques, major credit cards, and visa debit cards.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions are paid for at the time of service. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled without providing a minimum of 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to your account. Failure to attend an appointment without providing any notice, will result in a charge of the full scheduled appointment. Prepayment may be required for all future sessions if you do not show up for an appointment or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
