Group Yoga

I offer Yoga classes to groups big or small, as regular weekly or monthly classes, or as a one-time event. I can offer to hold the class in my home studio in Waterloo or I am also happy to teach the class in a venue of your choice*. I offer a wide range of classes including, Gentle Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Foundations Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Meditation.

I also teach a number of group Yoga classes at Movati Athletic Waterloo. These include general Yoga classes as well as Hot Yoga classes. My classes range from slow vinyasa flow, energetic power Yoga, to more gentle, foundation Yoga.  Yogis of all levels of experience are welcome.

If you are not a member at the club, day passes are available between $15 to $20 (price depends if you are entering with a member of the club). The day pass gives you access to the full use of the club e.g. all group fitness classes, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, showers and more.

Here is my schedule:

Monday 4.00 to 5.15 pm – Hot Hatha Yoga (Hot Yoga Studio)

Monday 5.30 to 6.30 pm – Hot Essentials Yoga (Hot Yoga Studio)

Tuesday 4.30 to 5.30 pm – Hatha Yoga (Sky Studio)

Wednesday 4 to 5 pm – Hot Hatha Yoga (Hot Yoga Studio)

Thursday 9.15 to 10.15 am – Hot Hatha Yoga (Hot Yoga Studio)

Friday 10.30 to 11.30 am – Essentials Yoga (Sky Studio)
