Hi, I’m Dora. I am on a lifelong journey to self-discovery, holistic well-being, love, happiness, and self-empowerment. Come take a walk with me. Discover your true potential and the power within.
Dora is a wise, careful and compassionate yoga teacher. Her instructions and explanations during classes are simple, clear and understandable. It does not matter if you are a beginner or a more experienced yogi, Dora’s classes are for everyone. She keeps learning, challenging herself, and experimenting with diverse yoga styles and postures. At the same time, she encourages all her students to connect with their bodies and understand them better. I have learned from Dora, that it is important to accept the limitations of my own body and enjoy its imperfectness. Thank you for showing me how wonderful yoga practice might be!
Dora’s yoga classes are a good balance between workout and awareness. She is guiding me through an honest dialog between myself and my body. I do as it suits me and get encouraged to look for a stronger self. It’s an anchor of my week. After yoga with Dora I am more balanced, either energized or relaxed. She takes care of body, mind and soul. That’s why I like it.

I always say that my boy … Continue reading Strawberry Banana Sourdough Bread
